The Cubicles were used as bedrooms for Justus Jörgensen's painting students. Originally seven small bedrooms like Monks cells, each with its own door, hanging wardrobe, single bed and chest of drawers. The mud brick construction was made by the students. Mosaics at the doorways to each cubicle bear the initials of the student who lived there: Residents included: HDL: Helen Lempriere (niece of Dame Nellie Melba), MS: Matcham Skipper, JHB: John Busst, IR: Ian Robertson, L: Lesley Sinclair, AFM: Arthur Munday.

Long Gallery Plaque
On the wall facing the pond there is a small plaque designed by Matcham Skipper to commemorate the opening of the Long Gallery by The Hon. Jim Keenan QC.
