The long-held tradition of the Melbourne Composers’ League’s Elbow Room Concert Series continues this year with a mini- festival of two concerts sessions, in the superb surroundings of the Montsalvat Barn Gallery, in Eltham. The Elbow Room concerts provide a valuable opportunity for composers to present their newest works and are known for their broad array of experimental, as well as more traditional music by local composers, including acoustic and electronic works.

These two concerts include new works for Trumpet, Voice, Piano, Strings, Electronics, Flutes, Percussion, and Tarhu. For audiences, the diverse mix offers many refreshing and enriching experiences.
