Join us for an intimate evening walk and talk alongside the Local Remix: Still Life | Nillumbik Collections Exhibition with curator, Jacqueline Felstead. Grab a glass of wine from our wine bar and enjoy a unique opportunity to explore the exhibition through the insightful lens of Jacqueline, who brings a wealth of experience and a keen curatorial eye to her role as the Curator and Collections Management Officer for Nillumbik Shire Council.

 

Jacqueline Felstead holds an MFA from Monash and a BA (Hons) in Media Art from RMIT. She completed her PhD, focusing on "Loss in a Simulated Environment," while teaching Sculpture from 2019 to 2021. Her accolades include the Samstag Award and studio residencies at prestigious institutions. Jacqueline has exhibited solo at various venues and her essay "Walking in Cities: Navigating Post-Pandemic Urban Environments" will be published by Routledge in June 2024. Currently, her work is featured in the Built Photography exhibition at the Museum of Australian Photography.
