Tracy Joy Andrews is inspired by nature's intricate patterns. Her work for Verrefication investigates coral reef fragility and climate change effects.
Kate Gorringe-Smith has a background in printmaking, but glass has led her into a rich exploration of light, texture and sculpted form.
Captivated by colour and texture, Natalie Ireland is known for her platters and plates. Here she ventures into sculpture and casting.
Andrew Markin studied Glass at Monash University and worked in the ceramics industry. He returns here to his passion for glass, exploring the interplay of light within intricate geometric designs.
Jude Walker specialises in fused glass art and jewellery. Her work for Verrefication centres on human evolution and potential future paths, reflecting on journeys of growth and change
Verrefication is the Collective’s first exhibition. The five artists met under the expert tutelage of glass artist, Brenda Page (Blue Dog Glass).
